Financial Information

Our goal is to provide you with affordable, high quality treatment.  Generally, fees are paid with an initial down payment and the balance spread out in monthly payments over the estimated treatment time.  There is no interest charge and no hidden charges.  If there is a need to budget the treatment fee over a longer period of time, there is the orthodontic fee plan.  Credit card payments can also be made.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, the insurance companies may require a pre-determination before any treatment is started.  Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that covers a maximum amount or a percentage of the treatment fee.  Orthodontic coverage is separate from your regular dental coverage and insurance benefits are generally paid over the estimated treatment time.

Since insurance policies vary, our financial coordinator will help you to fill out your insurance papers and submit your insurance forms.  Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child.  If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financial responsible party is accountable for all charges.
